From the time you first inquire with Sunkissed Photo Lounge to the moment your gallery is delivered, we strive to make every interaction fun and positive. While life events like weddings and business launches are exciting, they can also be a little stressful, and you don’t need a photographer you don’t click with adding to the chaos. At Sunkissed Photo Lounge, you are more than just another client. We pride ourselves on developing genuine relationships with the people behind our lens—we never forget a name, our clients’ kids hold our hands and invite us to dinner during sessions (no joke!), and we often become the photographer our clients depend on to capture every phase of life, from engagement and wedding to maternity and newborn to yearly family photos.
The process of capturing you and your family starts long before you get in front of our camera. We like to start by getting to know our clients over a cup of coffee (either in person or virtually). Think of us like your personal photo concierge: By phone, text, email, FaceTime, or Zoom, we're here to educate you about our process, answer all your questions, recommend locations, and offer up outfit and posing suggestions (and we aren’t afraid to tell you when something you envisioned may not be working). With nearly two decades of photography experience, our clients trust us to steer the direction of their photoshoots to get the best images.

Most sessions are 1 hour. However, during our consultation we will decide if more time is needed for your photoshoot.

We get so excited about your photos and can’t wait to deliver them. Most sessions will be delivered within 2 weeks of the session date. Longer shoots and weddings may take up to 4 weeks.

On average, 1-hour sessions yield around 120-150 images. Weddings will be around 100 images per hour.

Yes, a print release is included in your contract. Share, print, and enjoy!

We always suggest having fun with your outfits by showing off each person’s unique style. We suggest picking a color palette of 3-4 colors and going from there. Prints and textures look great in photos. We do suggest staying away from red or green, as those colors can cast against skin tones.

Yes, please! We LOVE dogs and are so happy to have them join the shoot. However, it is encouraged to bring along a friend who won’t be in the photos to help out with your furry family member.

I base my location suggestions on information gathered in our consultation.
I have a variety of locations in Denver, the front range, and the mountains, as well as studios and indoor spaces.
In Charleston, I love the beaches and have some go to spots on Sullivan’s Island. Of course there are so many beautiful streets and alleys in downtown and parks to explore as well.

I’m packing my bags as well speak! Yes, I’m happy to travel for your session. For locations within 45 minutes of my location, the travel fee is included. For distances beyond 45 minutes, there will be an additional travel fee.
Need me to hop on an airplane, then that is an option too! We can talk details if travel is required
